Hubs West will be set up with tabletop exhibition stands for 2025. All exhibits are a standard 8 x 10 foot Table Top.

Standard 8 x 10 Foot Table Top Booth

Exhibitors must not exceed their allocated space. Please be sure to check that your stand will fit within your 8 x 10 foot space.

The following are provided for all stands free of charge:

• 1 x Table - (6 feet long)
• 2 x Chairs
• Please note: The Facility is Carpeted

NOT Included with your Booth:

• Electricity
• Internet (Hard Line)
  • Please note: There will be complimentary WiFi available in the exhibit hall and throughout the conference space

*Please note orders can only be placed 30 days prior to the last day of the event (Monday, August 4th).

All packages shipped to the Estancia La Jolla Hotel & Spa will incur a handling fee due to the hotel. Please read attachment for the shipping address and for more information.
