Bio Ben Lemieux

Ben Lemieux is the President and shareholder of BCL Group. Active in real estate since 1989, he began his career with the family business, LSR Group. He held several leadership positions, overseeing the management and construction of thousands of rental units and major apartment projects in Canada and the United States.

In 2015, he co-founded Surge Homes, a company specializing in the development of urban townhomes and condos. Through this company, he earned numerous accolades, including the prestigious William S. Marvin Award from Builder Magazine, recognizing his exceptional contributions to excellence and innovation in residential design. He has also led residential real estate projects in Florida, Texas and Colorado.

Today, Ben primarily acts as a respected real estate investor. A member of the Young Presidents' Organization (YPO), he was named Entrepreneur of the Year in 2007. Socially engaged, he is the President of the Charles-LeMoyne Hospital Foundation and actively supports local philanthropy.
