Eric Brody is the Principal of ANAX Real Estate Partners, where he has constructed and developed approximately 800 units across NYC, totaling nearly $1 billion in real estate over the last two decades.

Identifying inefficiencies in the capital markets as a whole, Eric, along with his partner Marc Dupiton, launched ANAX Real Estate Partners — a tech-enabled capital advisory platform designed to disintermediate and scale the traditional advisor model. By leveraging the latest technologies, ANAX is boiling the ocean and creating a better market than is humanly possible — capable of knowing most transactions that have occurred and maintaining near-perfect visibility into all capital interested in asset-backed real estate.

In 2022, Eric and Marc also started ANAX Ventures, an early-stage PropTech investment fund focused on identifying and testing solutions that impact the urban landscape.

Eric is the host of the Real Tech Talk podcast where he interviews leading technologists, CEOs, and creators in the PropTech space. He also hosts The Blueprint, a short-form video series for The Real Deal that breaks down elements of the construction and development process.
