René Bello Founder & CEO René Bello is the Founder and CEO of BLDG Ventures, a forward-thinking real estate investment and development firm redefining urban landscapes with visionary projects. A former architect turned developer, René is a trailblazing leader with over a decade of experience spanning real estate acquisition, development, and investment.

René’s expertise lies in global real estate development and private equity, with a deep understanding of both traditional and alternative asset classes. His extensive background includes real estate investment structuring, debt and equity financing, acquisitions, ground-up development, project execution, and asset disposition.

Founded in 2020, BLDG Ventures specializes in residential, mixed-use, and hospitality assets. The firm seamlessly integrates cutting-edge design with practical execution, creating lifestyle-driven spaces that are innovative, functional, and enduring.

Before establishing BLDG Ventures, René held a pivotal role at Royal Palm Companies, where he contributed to high-profile projects such as Paramount Miami Worldcenter, Legacy Miami Worldcenter, and the Hyatt Regency Grand Reserve. During his tenure, René oversaw the development of more than 1.25 million square feet and 1,500 residential units.

René holds a Master’s in Real Estate Development and Urbanism and a Master’s in Architecture from the University of Miami, as well as a Bachelor of Design in Architecture from the University of Florida.
