Vin Krstic is the Head of Asset Management at The Raisner Group, a New York City-based real estate private equity firm. Since joining the firm in 2018, he has been instrumental in overseeing the management of the company’s growing portfolio, which has tripled in size under his leadership to encompass over 60 buildings today. In addition to asset management, Vin contributes to investor and lender relations and supports the firm’s acquisition efforts.

Before his role at The Raisner Group, Vin managed his family’s pharmaceutical business in Eastern Europe and played a key role in its successful sale. He holds a Bachelor's degree from the Belgrade Banking Academy and earned a Master of Science in Real Estate, graduating cum laude, from the Schack Institute of Real Estate at New York University.

In recognition of his contributions to the real estate industry, Vin was named a 2023 Rising Star by the New York Real Estate Journal.
