Profile
Jake Lewis joined GEM in 2017 and is the Head of Asset Management for GEM Realty Properties. In this role, Jake has asset management oversight of GEM’s private market real estate investments. He is involved in all facets of portfolio and asset management including development, renovation, leasing, management, financing decisions, budget review and approval, valuations, and asset disposition. Jake oversees quarterly reporting and presents annual budgets to the Investment Committee.
Prior to joining GEM, Jake was an Asset Manager for Morgan Stanley in their real estate investments group covering multifamily, office, industrial, retail, and hotel investments. Before that, he worked for RBC Capital Markets as a Financial Analyst in corporate fixed income derivative sales within debt capital markets.
Jake serves on the Next Generation Board of the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum. He received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Washington University in St. Louis and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
