With a PhD in Linguistics and Symbolic Systems from Stanford University, Kate was into Machine Learning and AI before it was cool. She cut her teeth in edtech and data-driven product leadership, later mentoring portfolio companies on product and technology best practices at Seedcamp before jumping headfirst into launching her own business.

Seeing firsthand how real estate workflows were trapped in outdated processes, she and her co-founder, Johnny set out on a mission to build an AI-powered real estate operating system - finally giving the industry the tech upgrade it desperately needed. Today, Fifth Dimension serves as the strategic partner behind the scenes for industry giants like Grainger, Postal Realty and Hamptons helping them transform manual processes into AI-powered insights that drive better portfolio decisions.
