Kerry is a seasoned accounting and audit professional with more than 20 years of experience, specializing in the real estate sector. As a partner in the Dallas office of Forvis Mazars LLP, Kerry serves as the Real Estate Market Sector Leader for the Dallas-Fort Worth practice unit, where he drives strategic initiatives and oversees client service delivery across the firm’s real estate portfolio.

He leads assurance engagements for a diverse range of real estate clients, including private equity real estate funds, REITs, developers, and asset management firms. His expertise spans complex fund structures, embedded entities, and regulatory compliance for registered investment advisors.

Kerry has managed audits for both privately held and publicly traded companies, supporting clients with SEC filings, debt compliance, and technical reporting. His broader industry experience includes construction, technology, manufacturing, distribution, and retail—with a strong focus on real estate investment and development.

He is actively engaged in the real estate community through memberships in the American Institute of CPAs, TXCPA, the DFW Chapter of the Construction Financial Management Association, and The Real Estate Council.

Kerry is also deeply committed to community service, holding leadership roles at his church and serving on the board of Great Cities Missions, with past board service at Hope Cottage.

He is a 2002 graduate of Harding University, Searcy, Arkansas, with a B.B.A. degree in accounting.
