As Vice President of Asset Management, Lisa's top priority is to lead and support the asset management team to development strategic initiatives to enhance portfolio performance and long-term value across multifamily assets. She oversees capital planning, budgeting, financial analysis, and property repositioning, working closely with operations and property management teams.

With more than 15 years of experience spanning leasing, property management, and asset management, Lisa brings a well-rounded, results-driven approach to navigating market trends and improving operational efficiency. She has worked across stabilized, value-add, and development assets in multiple markets.

Lisa holds a degree in Communications and Economics from the University of California, Davis.
