Amy has over 30 years of multi-family operations experience. Her career started in Atlanta with Post Properties and subsequently advanced to Area Manager role in 2005 with United Residential Properties. In 2008, she transitioned to First Communities in which she was a part of the Centennial Investment Group portfolio. Amy joined Greystar in the Atlanta market in 2015 and subsequently relocated with her family to Nashville in 2029 to take over the operations with the 3rd party management. She currently oversees a portfolio of nearly 18,000 units throughout TN and AL. The Greystar team is comprised of 22 corporate team members and over 400 onsite team members managed by Amy and her team. Amy is a board member with the GNAA and a CPM candidate with IREM. She holds a BBA in Marketing from GA Southern University. Amy and her husband reside in Nolensville and have two sons who both attend the University of Mississippi.
