Chris Hubler heads Avenue One's homebuilder finance team, where he builds and manages partnerships with homebuilders to deliver capital solutions spanning the full development cycle — from horizontal development through the acquisition of completed build-for-rent homes. Prior to Avenue One, Chris held senior commercial and revenue leadership roles at Delos Living, a wellness real estate and technology company. He holds a Global MBA and a B.A. in Economics from Johns Hopkins University.
