Christopher Mataja is the Chief Operating Officer at Lafayette. He oversees the underwriting, acquisition, and development of all real estate. Over the last 10+ years, Mr. Mataja has contributed to establishing Lafayette’s reputation as one of the most reliable buyers and operators in the single-family home industry.

Mr. Mataja received a Master of Management Studies from Duke University and a B.A. in Economics from Rollins College.
