Dan Doyle joined The Beach Company in 2004. Today, as President & Chief Operating Officer, Dan is responsible for the overall operations of The Beach Company and its real estate interests throughout the Southeast. He has over 30 years of real estate industry experience, with the majority spent in the multi-family residential development and management sectors.

Dan’s undergraduate and graduate degrees are from The University of Michigan. His community involvement includes serving on the Board of the Charleston Regional Development Alliance, Operation Home, Charleston Metro Chamber of Commerce, its Executive Committee and past Chair of its Developer’s Council. Under Dan’s leadership, the company’s footprint has expanded to more than 20 areas in the Southeast to include dynamic emerging cities such as Greenville, SC, Nashville, TN, Richmond, VA, and Huntsville, AL.
