David Tucker has been in real estate since 1999, having worked in all aspects of homebuilding from acquisitions and construction to sales; then on to real estate equities trading and mortgage creation. David started with a development company named LGI and quickly became a Top Producer. After 9 years with LGI, he acquired a Texas Real Estate Brokers License and started his own company specializing in construction of new custom homes along with commercial projects that entailed land entitlements, city permitting, inspections, and bank draw money management. Later, he branched his company into owner financing properties and trading mortgage notes. Currently, he is developing, building, and advertising different types of real estate for retail sale in the marketplace. David has always been a forward planner and has established his company in the building industry on a national level.
