Dennis Bron is Chief Growth Officer at Roofstock, where he leads initiatives to expand the company’s customer base, platform capabilities, and revenue. Prior to this role, Dennis served as SVP of Operations at Mynd, where he scaled the company’s property management platform and led its integration into Roofstock following the acquisition. His work helped establish Mynd as a leading technology-enabled property management platform for institutional SFR portfolios.

Earlier in his career, Dennis held senior Growth, Product, and Operations leadership roles at Better.com and Shift Technologies, two venture-backed companies applying technology to complex operational and financial challenges that 10x’d revenue during his tenure.

Before entering the startup world, Dennis spent eight years at McKinsey & Company advising global clients on corporate strategy, operational performance, and digital transformation across the real estate, financial services, and technology sectors.

Dennis holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and earned both a BSc and MSc in Artificial Finance & Economics from Erasmus University Rotterdam.
