Don Gale has over 45 years of experience in the new home market in Atlanta. He has sold well over 10,000 units and over a billion dollars in sales volume. He has built several sales platforms for builders with emphasis on driving growth, sales and profits. He has trained several hundred agents and built multiple successful salesforces with a history of long-term tenure.
He has owned his own Brokerage, was appointed to the Georgia Real Estate Commission by the Governor, achieved his M.I.R.M. designation from the Homebuilders Association and taught the Certified New Home Sales Professional Class.
He is a licensed homebuilder putting his first homes on the ground in 1986 and has designed and built everything from first time products to full custom home creation as well as multi-unit commercial sites. His construction background includes site selection, development and completion of verticals both residential and commercial.
He currently works with McKinley Homes BTR platform, including both advance takedown and stabilized communities. McKinley Homes is a rapidly growing homebuilder currently building in Georgia, North Carolina, Tennessee, Alabama and Texas and is currently looking to expand to other markets.
