Hector Rivera leads Build to Rent (BTR) dispositions for Dream Finders Homes (DFH) drawing from over two decades of commercial real estate experience. He is responsible for planning and executing all BTR initiatives, including sourcing new business opportunities, managing investor relationships, and overseeing the successful delivery of BTR communities. Prior to DFH, Hector served as Director of Acquisitions & Asset Management for a regional multifamily operator and as Senior Analyst for a private multifamily brokerage firm advising institutional clients, evaluating investment opportunities, and executing multifamily transactions.

Mr. Rivera earned his MBA from Ana G. Mendez University, and his BS in Biology from the University of Puerto Rico. In addition, he has held a Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification from the Project Management Institute for over 15 years.
