Jason Ross is a Managing Director at Peakline Real Estate Funds, where he serves as the Portfolio Manager for the firm’s Build-to-Rent Fund I (BTR I). He leads investment and acquisition efforts for both the firm’s Build-to-Rent (BTR) and Qualified Opportunity Zone (QOZ) strategies, overseeing deal sourcing, term sheet and joint venture negotiations, and financing. To date, Jason has sourced, structured, and capitalized more than $800 million in acquisition and development investments, representing approximately $300 million in equity.

Prior to joining Peakline Partners, Jason served as Director of Capital Markets at VennPoint Real Estate, where he was responsible for capital sourcing, lender and investor relationships, and the execution of opportunistic commercial real estate investments.

Jason holds a Bachelor of Science degree in entrepreneurship, with a focus in real estate and finance from Syracuse University. He is a licensed real estate broker in the state of Illinois and is involved in numerous educational and philanthropic organizations, including The Urban Land Institute, Jewish United Fund, and Young Presidents Organization Next Generation.
