Jason Sherrill is currently the CEO of Landmark Homes and Partner of Livmark Communities. Jason founded Landmark Homes in 2005 and formed Livmark Communities with his partners in 2023. Since its inception Landmark has delivered over 2000 homes and Livmark has stabilized 200 rental units with over 1300 units in production and entitlement phases. In addition Landmark Sports has built over 400 baseball fields around the country for underprivileged youth. Aside from setting the vision for the companies, Jason brings site-use planning and product design expertise to the team, fosters development partnerships, and financing relationships. Jason holds a Bachelor of Science in Landscape Architecture from Colorado State University, sits on various Boards and continues to promote strategies to solve the nation’s attainable housing crisis.
