John Tarantino is responsible for the screening and structuring of new construction loan opportunities. He oversees the growth of Arbor’s Build-to-Rent (BTR) platform.

Mr. Tarantino has been working in the finance and commercial real estate industries for approximately 20 years. He has a wealth of experience in commercial real estate construction and bridge lending for both banks and non-bank lenders.

Mr. Tarantino earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Connecticut, a Master of Business Administration from the University of Connecticut, and a Master of Science in Real Estate Finance from New York University.
