Jonathan has acquired, developed and built 74 projects with over 5,000 residential units. Prior to joining INB Homes, Jonathan founded, OHI with a $12.92 down payment on his first property. He built the company to 1,890 units and a net valuation after debt of $139 million.

Jonathan sat on the Board for Chattanooga Community and Economic Development and Maymont Foundation and worked for several highly regarded companies, including Winter Park Construction and Epoch Residential.

After performing construction on over 5 million square feet of real estate, Jonathan still loves construction as much as the first day.
