Lance Keller is an entrepreneur at heart that has invested in a variety of business entities. Since 2009, his primary focus is in managing his team and growing base of clients for Lifestyle Homes, a leading fee-based general contractor specializing in build-to-rent community construction.

Lance an grew up in Tolleson, Arizona and attended Northern Arizona University where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management and was a member of the Lumberjacks basketball team. After graduating college, he took a job in homebuilding. In 1994 he went to work for KB Home where he moved up the corporate ladder and was promoted to Division Senior Vice President. In 2003 he became a shareholder and president of Elite Communities. Under his direction the Phoenix-based homebuilding company was named one of the fastest growing in the U.S. by Builder Magazine.

Lance is a member of the National Association of Home Builders, the Home Builders Association of Central Arizona and was recognized by Arizona Commercial Real Estate magazine as a 2022 People to Know in the industry. Under Lance’s leadership, Lifestyle Homes made the 2025 Builder 100 list of top homebuilders in the U.S. and in both 2024 and 2025 IMN named Lifestyle Homes the Architect, Engineer & Construction (AEC) Service company of the year.
