Nate Talocco is a resilient, hardworking leader known for elevating teams and transforming businesses. With deep roots in construction, operations, and entrepreneurship, he has built and scaled companies through every phase of growth. Nate launched and successfully sold his first business in Denver in 2006, where he later served as Divisional Manager. He went on to revitalize GVR Landscape in 2014, turning it into a profitable, fast‑growing company that was acquired by Clayton Homes in 2017. Since then, Nate has led as a Division President within Clayton Properties Group.
