Olesya Epps is a seasoned real estate investment professional with over 15 years of experience in global capital markets, specializing in institutional portfolio transactions and strategic disposition advisory. She has executed over $4B in real estate investment sales across the U.S., UK and broader European markets. Olesya is leading the Roofstock’s Portfolio Advisory Team focusing on single-family rental (SFR) and build-to-rent (BTR) transactions, advising institutional investors, private equity firms, and family offices on optimizing large-scale portfolio sales. Olesya holds dual Master of Science degrees in Finance & Accounting (University of Economics, Prague) and Real Estate Investment (University of Reading, UK). As a trilingual professional who has lived, studied and worked across a few different countries and continents, she brings a global perspective with deep local market expertise, bridging cross-border investment strategies. She resides in the San Francisco Bay Area with her husband and three children.
