Paul DeKruiff is an accomplished housing practitioner with decades long experience in all facets of the multifamily rental business. He currently serves as Senior Vice President at Silverthorne Group where he overseas land acquisitions and entitlements.

Paul spent the first third of his career in portfolio and asset management, working for GMAC Commercial Mortgage and TVO Realty Partners. During the next third of his career he worked as a trusted results oriented middle market consultant, assisting clients buy, sell, finance, capitalize, reposition, and develop multifamily assets, including time spent at his own firm Asset Realty Consultants, Inc. He has worked predominantly in the BTR space over the last third of his career, where he continues those efforts.

Paul is philanthropically minded, both professionally and personally, serving on the Chicagoland Apartment Association Legislative Committee, REIA (Real Estate Investment Association) Chicago Membership Committee, Naperville Jaycees, and Rotary. He is passionate about the important contributions made by all residential developers, innovators, proponents, trades, and services providers to solve the housing crisis in this country.
