Sara Doelger is a Principal with Argosy Real Estate Partners. Argosy Real Estate Partners invests joint venture equity alongside operating partners in opportunistic, value-add, core plus, and Opportunity Zone real estate investments nationwide. Argosy invests in asset types including multifamily, build-to-rent, industrial, lodging, office, retail, residential land, and life sciences. Argosy focuses on the lower middle market, targeting equity investment sizes between $5-25 million. Argosy is an active investor in the build-to-rent segment, with more than 3,000 units developed or acquired in 19 communities across 11 markets across the country.
Sara is responsible for acquisitions, portfolio management, research, and corporate initiatives. Prior to joining Argosy, Sara held development positions at multifamily and retail firms.
Sara holds an MBA with a concentration in Real Estate from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a Masters of City Design and Social Science from the London School of Economics and Political Science. She graduated summa cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania with a B.A. in Urban Studies and Classical Studies. Sara is a member of the Small Scale Development Council of the Urban Land Institute and was previously the Chair of the Commercial & Retail Council (Silver) and a founder of the Indiana District Council of ULI. Sara has served on a variety of nonprofit boards in the Philadelphia area with focus areas including business improvement districts, community development corporations, and education.
