Stephen has over 25 years’ experience in the real estate industry managing the financial and day-to-day operations of homebuilding, development, and general contracting companies. Prior to joining JTW, Stephen helped launch Evermore Homes a national homebuilding roll-up where he ran the accounting, finance and m&a functions for eight years.

Stephen was a Founder and COO of Brookstone Partners LLC, a real estate development and consulting firm focused on supplying temporary and permanent housing solutions brought on by the explosive growth of the production of hydrocarbons in the United States oil and natural gas “shale zones”. Stephen served as Director of Operations and Finance for MMG Development, an integrated real estate development and construction company located in Washington DC.

Stephen lives near Washington DC, with his wife and three children.
