Tom has decades of experience in construction financing and real estate investment lending. Before joining Kiavi, he held leadership roles such as Chief Lending Officer at DPL Capital and Genesis Capital, as well as Head of Loan Products at PeerStreet. A seasoned expert in construction financing, Tom is committed to scaling Kiavi’s burgeoning construction financing product to meet real estate developers’ needs for fast, reliable financing – all while enabling the creation of much-needed new housing stock across the country.
