Traves Bonwell is the Chief Executive Officer of RENU Property Management, where he leads the company’s strategic growth and operational performance. Since co-founding RENU in 2009, Traves has steered the firm’s expansion into a nationally recognized provider of integrated real estate services, combining data-driven strategies with hands-on leadership.
Prior to RENU, Traves served as Corporate Director of Acquisitions at CP Morgan, one of the largest private home builders in the United States, where he developed land acquisition and market expansion models featured in industry publications. Earlier in his career, he worked in revenue management for ATA Airlines, applying analytic and operational insights in complex business environments.
