Adam has nearly 15 years of real estate experience. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from Ryerson University, a Business Administration Degree from Fleming College, and an Executive Leadership Certificate from University of Guelph/Cornell. Adam joined Lankin Investments in 2024. Prior to joining Lankin Investments, he held progressive roles with InnVest Hotels, Carpedia Hospitality and Delta Hotels & Resorts. Adam is responsible for the organization’s asset management activities, including driving asset strategy, value creation, operational performance, capital deployment, financing and refinancing activities, and legal and risk management. Adam works with his team to achieve and ensure investor returns are achieved and sustained.
