Hans Vrensen, is a managing director heading AEW’s award-winning European Research & Strategy team providing regular projections covering nearly 200 market segments. Apart from coverage across core property sectors and (sub-)markets, Hans has focused on quantifying debt-related and climate-linked challenges. He is a member of the European Executive Committee and Investment Committees. Hans has over 30 years of international commercial real estate investment and capital markets experience. He previously worked at Green Street, DTZ/C&W, Barclays, Moody’s, LaSalle IM and C&L/PwC in London and the US. Hans is a frequent speaker at industry conferences and guest lecturer at ESCP and ASRE.
