With over two decades of experience in capital markets, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and investments, Joan's expertise is in private equity, corporate finance, and value creation. Currently, he serves as the Vice President of M&A at KPI Solutions, an Ares Management portfolio company that specializes in industry-leading warehouse automation solutions. His core strengths include developing investment theses, executing transactions, driving strategic initiatives, and managing post-acquisition integration operations.

Previously, Joan led M&A and strategic projects at Affiliated Distributors and worked as an investment banker at Citigroup and Goldman Sachs. He holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and is a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA).
