Alec Abrams is a Director within the Structured Finance Group at LoanCore Capital, a DivCore Capital company. He splits time between LoanCore’s headquarters in Greenwich, Connecticut and DivcoWest’s New York City office. Alec’s responsibilities include underwriting, structuring, and securitizing commercial real estate loans, as well as supporting origination and asset management across the firm’s investments. Prior to joining LoanCore in 2017, he worked in the CMBS New Issuance Group at Kroll Bond Rating Agency. He holds a B.A. in History with minors in Business Administration and English from the University of Southern California.
