Christina Moy is a Managing Director within KBRA’s CMBS Group. Christina leads the firm’s CRE Ratings Analytics team, which is responsible for credit modeling and pool-level analysis across new issuance and surveillance, as well as contributing to topical research. Since joining KBRA in 2012, she has worked across conduit, Agency, single-borrower, CRE CLO, large loan, nonperforming loan, and CRE re-remic securitizations.

Christina also plays a significant role in the development of KBRA’s CRE ratings methodologies and credit models. In addition, she has coauthored numerous ratings, surveillance, and methodology reports. Prior to joining KBRA, she was part of another agency’s CMBS surveillance team. Christina holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a certificate in real estate finance from Baruch College.
