Kunal K. Singh is a Managing Director and Head of CMBS Banking & Securitization at J.P. Morgan. A two decade veteran of J.P. Morgan’s Securitized Products group, Kunal has held a range of leadership roles across the firm’s market leading Commercial Real Estate platform. Kunal has deep expertise in originating, structuring, and executing complex capital markets transactions for J.P. Morgan and its clients.

Prior to J.P. Morgan, Kunal was a credit analyst in the Structured Finance Group at Moody’s Investor’s Service between 1999 and 2003.

Kunal holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from The College of Wooster where he graduated magna cum laude.
