Mr. Connolly joined Rialto Capital Management in 2017 and currently serves as a Director in the Investment Management group. Mr. Connolly is responsible for leading all capital markets activity for the firm, including all credit balance sheet financings, syndications and equity loan originations.

Prior to joining Rialto, Mr. Connolly previously worked at Kennedy Wilson in their commercial property acquisitions group. Mr. Connolly received a B.A. in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Madison Wisconsin School of Business where he majored in Real Estate Finance and Urban Land Economics and Finance, Investment and Banking.
