Ryan is on the Commercial Real Estate Loan team focused on Asset Management at SG Capital Partners. Prior to joining SGCP, Ryan was the Director of the CMBS team at Kroll Bond Rating Agency where he oversaw the underwriting and rating of multiple CMBS, SASE and CLO transactions rated by the firm, Prior to that, he sat as Head of Credit and Underwriting at KGS - Alpha Real Estate.

Before taking on this role at KGS, Ryan was an Asset Manager for LNR Partners., a subsidiary of Starwood Property Trust, where he oversaw CRE workouts and B-Piece underwriting. Ryan started his career at Arbor Realty Trust, Inc. where he worked within their Structured Finance and Asset Management departments.

Ryan holds a B.A. in Advanced Psychology Studies from Adelphi University, a MS in Real Estate with a Concentration in Finance and Investment from NYU and a Certificate in Hotel Real Estate Investments and Asset Management from Cornell University.
