Jessica Healy has 30 years of experience as a real estate professional with expertise leading the development of a wide range of projects for major financial institutions, governmental agencies, cultural institutions, and not-for-profits in the US and globally. Her board service includes focus on strategy, governance, finance, and mission and she has served as Chair, Vice Chair, and Secretary, as well as on Executive, Finance, and Audit Committees.

Jessica is a Mayoral Appointee to the United Nations Development Corporation Board of Directors, a member of its Audit Committee, and chairs its Building Strategy Committee. Jessica serves as Chair of the Chelsea Music Festival board and was Vice Chair and served on the Executive Committee and the Finance Committee of the Van Alen Institute. Her board service also includes educational- and arts-based initiatives, Africa Schoolhouse and Citizen Bridge.

Jessica Healy is a real estate developer leading the design, engineering and construction of a wide range of building types for major financial institutions, governmental agencies, cultural institutions and not-for-profits around the US and abroad. She is co-principal of Seven Willow Collaborative, a real estate advisory services firm whose array of services includes place-making, cultural activation, strategic planning, community engagement, development, operations, and adaptive reuse. In 2017, Jessica founded Sunset Ridge Advisors, a consultancy established to advance the effective management of complex projects for global non-profits who strive to mitigate the challenges of poverty and improve access to education and healthcare in the developing world.

Over the course of her career, Jessica has led projects for the US State Department, the Guggenheim Museum, Goldman Sachs, the Rockefeller Group, Habitat for Humanity, and BPT Properties, a joint venture of Bechtel and Park Tower Realty. She manages the entitlements, design, engineering and construction of a wide range of building types from corporate headquarters to single-family affordable housing, traveling museum structures to federal courthouses and has worked across the US and in the UK, France, Italy, India, Germany, and Sweden.

Jessica has a Bachelor of Arts from Dartmouth College and completed Harvard Business School’s Women on Boards: Succeeding as a Corporate Director Program in December 2022.
