Neda Ainehchi is Project Lead Developer at Slate Property Group, where she leads large-scale residential, mixed-use, and adaptive reuse projects across New York City. She has extensive experience guiding projects through all phases—from initial feasibility and design through permitting, construction, and lease-up. Her expertise spans ground-up developments, complex renovations, and property conversions, with a strong focus on realistic timelines, risk management, and coordinated execution across architects, engineers, contractors, lenders, and city officials.

With nearly 20 years of experience, Neda began her career in architecture, advanced into engineering and building performance, and transitioned into construction project management before focusing on development. This full-spectrum expertise allows her to assess conversion feasibility, identify early red flags, set realistic budgets and schedules, and ensure alignment between stakeholders. She holds master’s degrees in civil engineering and architecture from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Architecture from Girne American University.
