Ryan Sudeck is CEO of Sage Investment Group, a real estate private equity firm specializing in the acquisition and conversion of hotels into naturally affordable multifamily housing communities. Since becoming CEO in 2023, Ryan has scaled Sage’s portfolio to nearly 3,000 units nationwide, with a goal of reaching 15,000 units by 2030. Under his leadership, Sage has established itself as one of the nation’s leading platforms for adaptive reuse and workforce housing investment.

Prior to Sage, Ryan led multi-billion-dollar M&A transactions for Amazon and held senior roles at Redfin, where he managed digital marketplaces and corporate development. A Stanford-trained economist and active real estate investor for over a decade, Ryan brings institutional discipline and entrepreneurial vision to the mission of solving America’s housing shortage through adaptive reuse.
