Liz Dahlager is the Chief Operating Officer of Mereté Hotel Management, where she oversees the performance of the company’s hotel portfolio and leads strategic growth initiatives to expand their presence in the Western U.S. With over 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Liz has developed a strong leadership background across various brands, hotel departments, and chain scales.

Her contributions to the industry have earned her recognition from prominent organizations such as the American Hotel and Lodging Association, Hotel Management Magazine, and Marriott International. Liz ascended to the role of COO in December 2023 after serving as Executive Vice President and Vice President of Market Intelligence. Before joining Mereté in a regional sales capacity, she held various sales, marketing and operations roles for full service independent boutique hotels.

In addition to her corporate responsibilities, Liz was recently appointed to the Marriott Franchise Advisory Board for the Element brand and currently serves on the board of directors for the Oregon Restaurant and Lodging Association. She was honored as one of the Top 25 Hospitality Executives to Watch by the International Hospitality Institute in October 2024.

Mereté is an award-winning third-party hotel operator with a portfolio of 20 select-service branded hotels in the Pacific Northwest, encompassing Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt, IHG, Choice, and Wyndham, and employs 700 associates.
