Celine Winter is a second-generation Principal at W5 Group, a family-held investment office founded by her father, Ralph Winter, in 2009. Over the past six years, she has worked across the firm’s investment activities, strategy, and next-generation initiatives, helping shape W5 Group’s continued evolution.

A key area of Celine’s work has been W5 Group’s Innovative Living strategy, focused on residential concepts that respond to how younger generations live, work, and connect. Through research into the evolving preferences of Millennials and Gen Z, she has helped translate changing demographic and lifestyle trends into the firm’s investment approach across student housing, multifamily, and other emerging residential concepts.

Celine also focuses on the evolution of the family office itself, including next-generation planning, governance, technology, and the role of AI in investing and operations. Her work reflects a broader interest in how established family investment platforms can preserve the experience and relationships built over generations while continuing to adapt, innovate, and pursue new opportunities.

She holds a Master’s degree in Sustainable Business from the University of Miami, which has informed her perspective on long-term value creation and responsible investment.

Beyond W5 Group, Celine is actively involved with Best Buddies, an international nonprofit dedicated to creating opportunities for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

As the second generation of W5 Group, Celine’s focus is on building upon the foundation established by the first generation while helping position the family office for the decades ahead.
