Dana is recognized for her technical depth in both federal and multistate pass-through taxation. She is known for delivering strategic, forward-thinking guidance that ensures compliance, maximizes efficiency, and supports sustainable, long-term growth. Dana's experience in pass-through entity taxation includes consolidated reporting for complex ownership structures, §280E compliance, F reorganizations and other tax-free restructurings, as well as transactional planning.
