Jena Brescia is Director of Capital Partnerships at Parker Benjamin Real Estate Services, where she focuses on developing investor relationships and strategic capital partnerships. She also manages the development and leasing of a portfolio of projects within the firm’s historic adaptive-reuse and redevelopment platform. Prior to joining Parker Benjamin, Jena spent four years with READCO Portfolios, a commercial real estate development firm in southeastern Connecticut. She holds a B.A. in History from the University of Connecticut and master’s degrees from Fordham University and the University of Hartford.
