Ray Kahn is CEO of USREM Securities. During his Wall Street tenure, he built Barclays’ Derivatives Services unit, led their Futures business, served as Global Head of Prime Services Risk during the global credit crisis, and managed ICE’s electronic bond platform. Today, Ray focuses on implementing financial market capabilities into the CRE market to benefit GPs and LPs, including enhancing secondary opportunities using USREM, helping CRE borrowers manage interest rate risk, and developing ways to improve after-tax returns.
