Please Note:
Shipping Information
- Packages can arrive no sooner than four days in advance of the event (Thursday, September 4, 2025).
- Please see the attached Shipping Instructions form for shipping & handling fees charged by the hotel. These costs are the responsibility of the sponsor.
- The Austin Marriott Downtown will reach out to exhibitors 1-2 weeks ahead of the conference with a credit card authorization form. Please fill out this form to avoid any delays in receiving your boxes on site.
- The on-site FedEx office is open until 2:00pm on setup day (Sunday, September 7). If your boxes are not delivered to your booth, please contact FedEx at (512) 501-3872, or visit the office on the fourth floor of the hotel.
- Return Shipping:
- Exhibitors can leave sealed & labeled boxes in the exhibit space for FedEx to ship out. These packages will need to be paid for in advance.
- Please note the hotel is only able to assist with pickups that are arranged through the onsite FedEx office. All other carriers will need to have pick-ups arranged for by the exhibitor.
- Please see the attached Return Shipping document for additional information.
Pass Registration
To register your firm and/or client passes, please use the links and action codes provided to you via email from Hailey.bernhard@imn.org. If you cannot find this email or your action codes, please email Maggie to have this shared with you.
FIRM PASSES are for members of YOUR COMPANY. If you exceed the allotted number of passes, additional passes can be purchased at a reduced rate of 25% off the standard registration. Please contact your IMN sponsorship coordinator for assistance with additional passes. Any passes submitted incorrectly will be declined and asked to resubmit through the portal.
Client Passes are limited to ORIGINATORS, INVESTORS, MORTGAGE BROKERS/CORRESPONDENTS. All client passes are subject to approval by the IMN team. Please note that the pass is ‘Pending Approval’ until the pass has been approved by the IMN team. No Client Passes will be accepted within 24 hours of the event date. Any qualified client passes submitted after that date will be charged 20% off the standard registration rate. Those individuals with an existing registration are not eligible for client passes.
