Isaac Lau is a Vice President at Realterm where he oversees the firm’s industrial acquisitions strategy and execution in key West Region logistics hubs including the Inland Empire, Bay Area, and Pacific Northwest. Prior to Realterm, Isaac held senior roles at CRG, Duke Realty, and Gemdale USA. Over the course of his career, Isaac has closed over $1 billion of real estate transactions across diverse asset types. Isaac holds a B.S. in Management Science from the University of California, San Diego, and an MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management.
