As Director of Capital Markets, Mr. Goldberg plays a crucial role in executing transactions, fostering debt & equity relationships, and evaluating acquisition and development opportunities. His primary responsibilities include maintaining Lovett’s capital relationships, overseeing debt and equity raise processes, JV and loan negotiations, and identifying new capital sources to help facilitate Lovett’s growth. Prior to joining Lovett Industrial, Mr. Goldberg spent 4 years in JLL’s capital markets division in Dallas. In this role, Mr. Goldberg helped execute over $2.5 billion of debt and equity originations across all asset classes and forms of execution. Mr. Goldberg is from Austin, TX, and earned a BA from the University of Arkansas.
