Mr. Banton serves as the Market Leader and Partner for the West Region at Lovett Industrial. Mr. Banton is responsible for all aspects of Lovett’s projects in the region, including acquisitions, development, capitalization, leasing, disposition, and day-to-day operations in the Western Region office. He is currently overseeing 4.7 million square feet across California, Phoenix, and Denver. Prior to joining Lovett Industrial, Mr. Banton worked at Panattoni Development Company. Tyler graduated from San Diego State University, where he completed his B.S. in Finance and was a recipient of the Pension Real Estate Association Scholar Award. Mr. Banton resides in Newport Beach, California, and is a member of NAIOP SoCal, NAIOP Inland Empire, and ULI Southern California.
