David Kinney is a principal with IOS Southwest, a Phoenix-based investment group that acquires and operates a portfolio of industrial outdoor storage assets across central and southern Arizona. He brings more than 20 years of commercial real estate investment experience to low-coverage industrial. Prior to forming IOS Southwest, David enjoyed a 15-year tenure at VEREIT, Inc. where he was responsible for structuring and underwriting $5 billion of office and industrial acquisitions, including approximately $250 million of IOS investments.
